UMPIRES

If you’re passionate about netball and love the energy of game day, the Myrtleford Netball Club is looking for dedicated umpires for our upcoming competitions.

Whether you’re an experienced official or just starting your umpiring journey, we welcome your Expression of Interest. Umpiring is a fantastic way to stay connected to the sport, build your confidence and leadership skills, support our local players, and play a vital role in delivering safe, fair and enjoyable competitions.

Our competitions generally run throughout Terms 2 and 3 (dates vary). Umpiring positions are paid (generally at the seasons end, unless other arrangements have been made) in line with the following schedule:

- Senior Night Indoor Netball – $20 per game*

- Myrtleford Junior Netball – $15 per game*

- Junior Representative Tournaments – $150 per day*

- Junior Development Netball (Wang) – $20*

*Learner umpires initially shadow experienced umpires in an unpaid development role. Once confident to officiate independently, they transition to paid umpiring.
